CMAJ removes paywall to expand public access to evidence-based health information

(Canadian Medical Association Journal) Effective immediately, all new content in the Canadian Medical Association Journal (CMAJ) is now freely available, and previously published material will be available March 1, 2020. Joule™, a CMA company that publishes CMAJ, made the decision to remove the paywall, allowing everyone to freely access evidence-based content relevant to the health of Canadians and people around the world.
